Miraculous Ladukeswar Temple

Ladukeswar temple or well-known byLadu Baba temple is situated at Nayagarh. In this temple two deities in combined formed are residing namely Hari (Lord Vishnu) and Hara (Lord Shiva). This Ladu Baba temple is famous among the Lord Shiv bhakts. They come to this place to worship Lord Shiv.

Ladu Baba temple is also famed for its various miracle that happens within the temple premises. On the both sides of Lord Shiva Lingamthere is crack footmarks of cow. It is said that if you put a coin in this footmarks the coin will disappear forever with a jingling sound. The miracle is not stopped here, the water or milk which is pour over the Lord Shiva will disappear to an unknown place but it will not go the place where a pipe is fixed and that pipe is lead to a small pond like structure called Paduka Kund. But if a devotee want Paduka it is available at the crack footprints of cow.

The Lingam of Ladu Baba which is rough in nature. You can feel the roughness if you touch the Lingam. But the lingam is not getting polished till date even if a huge amount of milk, water and oil is pour over it for seeking blessings every day.

Ladu baba temple is recognized for its Maha Shivyatri, in which Lord Shiva is worshipped. Many devotes from all over Odisha and India comes to this place to witness the Maha Shivyatri.  Many Bol Bum yatris who travel to this temple on foot by taking water to pour on Lord Shiva Lingam. This temple is famous among the Shiv Bhakts. Many hotels are mushroomed near the temple where you can get refreshed. One have to not go hay ware in search of hotels.
